2. Use of the Service

Postaneur is an AI-powered social media content platform. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using Postaneur. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Postaneur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
